Andrew Carr

Dir. of Operations

CIO for Cox Family office, owned and exited C.P. Environmental

After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and serving as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army, Andrew joined the Cox Family office as an associate, where he became the Chief Investment Officer and chaired the investment committee for nearly a decade. He then became partner at Davis Capital, a Chicago investment bank. After completing many buyside, sell side, and corporate finance transactions, Andrew bought and operated his own business C.P. Environmental, Inc. for five years. There he multiplied the business’s earnings and expanded the company until it’s successful sale in 2015. After the sale, Andrew founded Clear Springs Capital to focus on strategic and active growth private business investments.

Michael Haueisen

VP of Procurement Relations

Formerly VP Procurement at Siemens

Michael has 20 years of experience in supply chain management. Former VP of Procurement at Siemens US. Prior to that position, he was the Global Procurement Head at Siemens Water Technology and prior to that Head of Global Procurement N.A. for Osram Sylvania where he helped launch a large Supply Chain Finance program. Michael holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University in Munich and one in Economics from the University in Augsburg, Germany.

Joe D'Anna

Managing Director and CIO at both large global institutions and high-growth start-ups.

Joe has 25 years experience as a derivatives strategist, hedge fund manager, and financial engineer at both global institutions and successful start-ups. Prior positions include Managing Director Head of Corporate Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodity Strategies at Goldman Sachs, CIO of Catalyst Re, and Head of Securitization at Constellation Financial. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara and is a CFA charterholder.

As a hands-on leader, Nagesh has a proven track record of success in the Financial, Retail, Healthcare, and Supply Chain Management industries. He has developed products from concept to completion,as well as hired and managed global teams. Budgeting, planning, and project management are all areas of expertise. Nagesh is a Certified Blockchain Architect, IBM Certified Solution Advisor for Blockchain Platform, a Certified Bitcoin Professional and certified in C++, Coldfusion and MCSD from Microsoft.

David Steinmetz

Formerly CFO, Silver Point Capital, Morgan Stanley Global Prime Brokerage

Most recently he was CFO for an industry leading alternative investment management firm recognized for its best-in-class infrastructure. Prior to that he held various senior finance and operational roles including as Global CFO for Morgan Stanley’s Prime Brokerage business and as COO for a privately held specialty finance firm, Constellation Financial Management, where he built the infrastructure and led the successful exit of the business to Societe Generale.

Prior to founding Zeconomy, Sam was founder & CEO of Codehost, Inc., a provider of print solutions to the world’s leading print brands who licensed and installed it at over 50,000 locations worldwide. In addition, Sam built quantitative finance models with Principia Capital, which consistently beat hedge fund peers and index averages. He holds many patents in the fields of finance and technology.
